ST. LUCIA CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT PROGRAM PASSED
The Caribbean island nation of St. Lucia by its Senate and House of Assembly. More full details are yet forthcoming. The country, located in the Eastern Caribbean, is the fifth Caribbean nation to institute a citizenship by investment program to help shore up its public coffers.
In addition to the new citizenship by investment, St. Lucia also offers traditional offshore services such as incorporation, captive insurance, and Class A and Class B banking licenses.
