Bermuda had been quietly investigating the idea of a citizenship by investment program. That investigation has apparently now been put on hold:

One of the interesting questions about a Bermudian citizenship by investment scheme would have been what status a new citizen would have obtained vis a vis Great Britain. Looks like for now we won’t know.
